1) Reduced Material Handling Costs

KINGREAL STEEL SLITTER can customize dedicated feeding and unloading trolleys for the metal perforated making machine based on the customer's factory layout, coil specifications, and production capacity planning, improving the accuracy of loading and unloading and the efficiency of fully automated production.

The customized feeding trolley adapts to the original structure of the production line, capable of carrying heavy, large-size raw material metal coils, automatically completing coil alignment and lifting conveying operations, and smoothly and accurately transporting raw materials to the decoiler.

The matching unloading trolley connects to the recoiler's discharge port at the rear, automatically receiving the finished metal coils after punching and accurately unloading them to the designated stacking area, reducing manual intervention throughout the process and adapting to the large-scale, standardized assembly line production mode of overseas factories.

2) Optimized Sheet Metal Appearance Quality

KINGREAL STEEL SLITTER metal perforated making machines can be equipped with a metal sheet cleaning machine. Capable of integrated cleaning of freshly stamped sheet metal, utilizing a dual cleaning structure of high-pressure spraying and brush rollers to thoroughly remove stubborn oil, dust, and residual metal fragments from the punching process.

After cleaning, any remaining water is quickly dried. This entire cleaning and drying process significantly improves the appearance quality of the finished products, meeting the high standards required for high-end building materials, precision sheet metal, and overseas export orders.

3) Flexible Production Mode Switching:

KINGREAL STEEL SLITTER has optimized the overall machine structure design, integrating a cutting station and a recoiler into the metal perforated making machine. This allows a single machine to handle both perforated sheet metal and perforated coil production, enabling flexible switching of production processes without replacing the main unit or modifying the machine structure, adapting to customers' multi-category order production plans.

When customers need perforated sheets, the recoiler is turned off and the cutting station is started, and the sheets can be automatically cut to length and discharged according to the preset size.

When customers need perforated rolls, the cutting station is turned off and the recoiler is started, and the perforated sheets can be continuously rolled into rolls. This dual-purpose machine greatly improves the utilization rate of the metal perforated making machine.
