KINGREAL metal sheet recoil line is a specialized equipment used in metal processing plants to uncoil and flatten metal sheets rapidly and efficiently. The recoil line consists of multiple machines such as a decoiler, straightener, and recoiler that work together to process metal sheets.
The metal sheets are first loaded onto the decoiler, which is a stationary machine that holds the metal coil in place. The decoiler begins to unwind the coil while moving it forward towards the straightener. The straightener machine uses a series of rollers and leveling plates to flatten the metal sheet and remove any wrinkles or curls.
