1. The leveling roller of this press feeding line is pneumatically driven, ensuring smooth operation, rapid response, and precise control of leveling force to guarantee uniform leveling results. The equipment is widely applicable to punching, leveling, and feeding operations of various metal coils with thicknesses ranging from 0.3mm to 4.5mm and widths from 100mm to 1500mm, covering commonly used metal materials such as cold-rolled steel, hot-rolled steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Simultaneously, the upper leveling roller is equipped with a professional curvature adjustment wheel, allowing operators to flexibly adjust the curvature of the leveling roller according to the characteristics, thickness, and production needs of different materials until the ideal leveling effect is achieved.
2. The feeder spindle of the punch press feeder system adopts an advanced hydraulic expansion system, ensuring stable operation and high reliability. It firmly secures the metal coil, ensuring feeding accuracy. The feed roller uses a wedge-shaped slider or top material block connecting rod structure, a scientifically designed and reasonable design. The width of the feed roller can be flexibly adjusted via the screw of the stop roller to adapt to coils of different widths. In the unloading stage, the large air cylinder automatically lifts the outer retaining roller, effectively preventing material accumulation. Furthermore, the equipment is equipped with a dedicated pressure arm to further prevent material loosening during operation, ensuring production safety. A reverse photoelectric sensing system is used for unloading, achieving automatic material discharge without manual intervention, further improving production efficiency. Simultaneously, a pneumatic support arm is used to lift the material, precisely controlling its curvature to ensure a smooth and stable feeding process, avoiding material jamming or skewing, and ensuring continuous operation of the production line.
3. The leveling and relaxation functions of the press feeding line adopt an eccentric structure, driven by a hydraulic cylinder. This compact structure ensures stable operation and precise control of the leveling and relaxation rhythm, perfectly matching the punching frequency of the punch press. During leveling, the hydraulic cylinder automatically vents air, and the upper slide moves smoothly downwards under the drive of the cylinder piston, uniformly leveling the metal material and ensuring a good leveling effect. During relaxation, the hydraulic cylinder lifts the slide to achieve rapid relaxation, preparing for the next feeding operation. It's worth mentioning that a high-speed exhaust valve is installed in the exhaust pipe during relaxation, which significantly increases the relaxation speed, shortens the work interval, and makes the connection between leveling, feeding, and relaxation processes smoother.
