Do not change or omit the operation steps without authorization. Today we will mainly introduce the five points of preparation before the operation of the slitting line.
1. First of all, we should check the qualification of each post on the production line, whether they have high mechanical and electrical basic knowledge, and through the automatic control (CNC) training, after passing the examination to obtain the "longitudinal shear line operation certificate".
2. Intend to open the air supply, when the air pressure to 6 Pa will drain valve everyone open drainage, water drainage, before you are ready to start the machine.
3. Check the oil volume of the oil mister, the oil volume should be between 1/3-2/3 of the oil cup, insufficient should be replenished. Be sure to turn off the air source and evacuate the compressed air when replenishing the oil quantity.
4. Lubricate the guide rail and screw, and wipe clean with oil.
5. Start the power trial, check whether the sensors are normal, fastening bolts are stable and reliable.
