2. Unwinding in the braking torque will not change the situation, straight through the lower, the tension will expand. In the case of winding, the reverse is true: if the winding torque does not change, the tension will decrease as the winding warp expands. It is a key element in the operation of the raw material tension caused by the change.


3. The change of the tightness of the raw material roll will also cause the change of the tension of the whole equipment.


4. Dividing the disproportionate nature of the raw material. Such as raw material ductility fluctuations, raw material thickness along the total width, length orientation changes, etc., the quality of the roll of material axis force, and its manufacturing temperature, environmental humidity changes, but also on the entire equipment tension fluctuations will be harmful.


5. Slitter's transmission system organization (such as guiding rollers, fluctuation rollers, rollers, etc.) there is an imbalance and its standard air pressure instability and other factors.
