(1) On the basis of the original electronic control system, we choose frequency converter to realize the torque control of winding and unwinding, which achieves the ideal effect, improves the working performance of the machine on the basis of the original one, and makes the machine more stable in high-speed operation, easy to operate, safe and reliable, strong durability, and reduces the labor intensity.
(2) Increase the installation of the decoiler and rewinding storage tanks, buffer process tension changes on the belt panel shape and winding end surface flatness of the impact. The decoiler and rewinding process requires constant tension control. The tension is given by the tension controller. The principle of tension controller control is through the detection of winding line speed calculation of roll diameter, load torque = F * D / 2 (F for the set tension, D for the current roll diameter), so when the size of the set tension, because the current roll diameter through the calculation has been known, so the load torque can be calculated.
Slitting line machine tension controller can output a standard 0~10V analog signal, which corresponds to the rated torque of the asynchronous motor. So we use the analog signal to access the frequency converter, select the torque given. This ensures constant tension throughout the dynamic process of winding.
(3) Improvement of rewinding disk to control the end face runout within 0.5MM. The self-tensioning design of finished product winding can improve the tightness of winding. The rewinding machine is equipped with an improved high motion type sheet holder, which effectively reduces the production lead time. The spacer holder is equipped with a pneumatic adjustable back pressure to stabilize the pressure so that the spacer shaft can effectively hold the copper tape.
(4) The material table and winding shaft expansion and contraction hydraulic cylinders adopt one-piece molding design with low failure rate. The material table spindle is equipped with a high-efficiency disk-type tension brake combination, which is adjusted by an air pressure circuit to reduce the time for adjusting the tension of the leather sheet, and automatically performs instantaneous tension braking under specific conditions to avoid the loosening of the copper tape.
(5) Cutting and releasing machine can provide power to automatically match the speed of production line. The center slitting knife holder adopts one-piece base and separate transmission structure, which effectively improves the steel of mechanical structure and reduces the vibration amplitude of the slitting blade to improve the quality of the finished products. The accuracy of vibration amplitude of slitting knife shaft reference plane is within 0.06m/m, which ensures the life of the knife and the accuracy of the slitting products.
