Unwinder Structure:

The uncoiler frame is a welded box-shaped structure. The frequency-controlled motor drivers the reel shaft through the gearbox after deceleration to provide the main power for the uncoiler. The reel of the uncoiler is a hollow shaft, supported by two bearings on the gear box body, with a transmission spur gear installed between the bearings.

 

The gearbox is lubricated by means of forced lubrication and is equipped with two constant speed motors for a closed loop oil lubrication system. The mandrel is of a cantilever construction, the front end of which is supported by external support bearings during uncoiling to maintain the rigidity and stability of the uncoiler.

The uncoiling movement shaft is connected to four sector plates through four end faces with sloping dovetail grooves, each sector plate is prevented from axially moving through a radial slide at the tail end, but can be achieved along the radial rise and shrink. At the end of the reel shaft there is a rotating cylinder connected, the cylinder piston rod drives the front end of the four prongs axially through a tie rod in the centre of the reel shaft, thus driving the sector plate radially up and down. The reel can be increased in nominal diameter by means of four additional sector plates.

 

The hydraulic decoiler frame can be moved on the guide rails of the machine base and is driven by a hydraulic cylinder, which allows for central position control. To enhance the stability of the reel, a support arm device is designed at the head of the reel.
When there is a steel coil on the reel, the support arm is driven by an oil cylinder to hold the head of the reel, and at ordinary times the support arm retracts without affecting the steel coil on the reel.
