Turn off the main power supply first, then turn the unwinding head by hand and observe whether there is any jamming phenomenon. Check whether the gear box is intact, and replace the damaged equipment in time.
3. The photoelectric proximity switch at the top of the unwinder guide or the photoelectric proximity switch at the bottom of the buffer pit is damaged and cannot detect the proximity signal of the silicon steel sheet, so it should be replaced.
Second, the head of the slitter uncoiler may not rise or shrink. Reasons and countermeasures:
1. Uncoiler on the hydraulic lifting solenoid valve output line obstacles, resulting in the solenoid can not be normal action.
Treatment, check the circuit diagram to check the solenoid valve output action whether the insurance burned out, such as has to be replaced.
2. Uncoiler uncoiler head lifting device oil pressure is too small, the tension mechanism is worn, resulting in loose tension piece.
Therefore, we should replace the 68 # hydraulic oil once a year, so as to ensure the viscosity of the hydraulic oil, in addition to regular lubrication and maintenance of the unwinding head.
